Factors contributing to delays:
- Higher than expected demand, we can only pack and ship so many items a day
- Supplier issues, inclduing a major supplier who went out of business, and soucring new suppliers have added to our general workload while we work on finding new sources for our materials
- Unexpected delays and missing items with USPS due to government cutbacks have placed a higher administrative burden on us while we work to correct issues and maintain day to day operations

By placing an order with shopotcustoms.com you agree to the policies listed below. These policies will be used as a reference to mediate any issues.

This product is a custom-made collectible item intended strictly for adult collectors aged 18 and over. It is not a toy and not suitable for children or individuals under the age of 18.
Choking Hazard – Small Parts:
This item contains small and/or detachable parts that may pose a choking hazard. Keep away from children and pets at all times.
By purchasing or handling this item, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for its safe use, display, and storage. The creator assumes no liability for misuse or accidents resulting from improper handling.
Cancellations
All orders are eligible to be changed or canceled by the customer up until fulfillment or work on the custom item has begun. Refunds for canceled orders will be deducted a 6% fee to cover non-refundable PayPal/Bank fees that OT-Customs pays when refunding an order.
Exceptions:

Orders with completed work preparing to be shipped are not eligible to be cancelled.

If an order is canceled by OT-Customs for any reason other than the request of the customer the full purchase price of the order will be returned.

OT-Customs will not cancel any order without written notice to the customer.
Returns
No returns, all sales are final.
Due to the custom, hand made, nature of our work, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order we want to help by providing a repair or replacement.
How to resolve issues with an order not as expected:

If your item arrives not as expect please notify us by writing within 1 week of receiving your item by contacting us at orders@shopotcustoms.com and we will be happy to work with you on a solution.

If we deem an item is not up to our standards, arrived damaged, or has other quality control issues we will work to resolve the issue via repair or replacement at no extra cost to the customer. This may or may not require return or destruction of the original piece depending on the issue and type of piece.
