Factors contributing to delays:

- Higher than expected demand, we can only pack and ship so many items a day

- Supplier issues, inclduing a major supplier who went out of business, and soucring new suppliers have added to our general workload while we work on finding new sources for our materials

- Unexpected delays and missing items with USPS due to government cutbacks have placed a higher administrative burden on us while we work to correct issues and maintain day to day operations
