Ends of wire are bent to prevent poking through fabric and they overlap in the floor hem of the cape.- CLASP NOT INCLUDED! 2mm holes cut at collar to accept stock braided clasp. Clasp will stay in well on its own but a small drop of glue applied to the underside of the installed clasp pegs will provide a more secure attachment.
